10 Week Olympic Lifting Cycle 2020-02-28
Week 3 Day 3 (OTHER / TEXT)
1.) Snatch 10x1- 1st Working Rep is @80%. For every made lift add 2kg, for every miss take 5kg off the bar and work back up. (If using Kg. Plates add 2kg and take off 5kg respectively.
*Rest at least 2:00 Between reps.

2.) Clean 10x1- 1st Working Rep is @80%. For every made lift add 2kg, for every miss take 5kg off the bar and work back up. (If using Kg. Plates add 2kg and take off 5kg respectively.
*Rest at least 2:00 Between reps.

3.) Behind-The-Neck Split Jerk- Work to a 1RM
*Go from Rack
*Feel free to drop the bar if the weight reaches a point you are no longer comfortable re-racking back down to your shoulders. If you start doing this be sure you have allowed adequate space between you and the Rack, but most importantly other athletes.

3.) Back Squat- 5RM for PR
*Make this Heavier than last week. No matter how small the increase, make it happen.

4.) Glute Ham Raises- 4x10- Bodyweight only
